So Why Goats?

Well in 2018, when my husband retired and said, “let’s move to Oregon near my family, you can have any animal you want!”. Words he would soon come to regret when I replied “I want Nigerian Dwarf Goats”. After a year of prep and research, I purchased my first 4 goats, to be picked up a week after we arrived in Oregon. It’s all been uphill/downhill from there, depending on who you ask. I immediately fell in love with these intelligent, mischievous, naughty, toddlers and have never looked back. Through the years and blood, sweat, and tears (literally); we have finally reached a point where we have some real quality goats (yet always improving and learning). We are an ADGA performance herd on milk test, and ADGA willing, will eventually be linear appraised! We do biosecurity testing yearly and will happily share results upon request. We are currently training for show next year (come hell or high water). I LOVE talking goats so feel free to contact me with any questions!!!
